The petitioners have come forward with this petition to direct the respondents not to harass them.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record. 3.The learned Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) on instructions would submit that on the complaint given by one Maarimuthu, the petition enquiry is pending and the petitioners may be directed to co-operate with the enquiry.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry), the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the respondent police concerned for enquiry and the enquiry shall be conducted and action taken by the concerned respondent police as expeditiously as possible and during the course of enquiry, the petitioners shall not be harassed. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
