O.A.Nos.244 to 246 of 2023 in C.S(Comm.Div).No.70 of 2023 P.T. ASHA, J, The second respondent has stated in paragraph 30 of their common counter affidavit as follows :

"30. I state that in respect of averments at Para No.28 of the common affidavit filed by the applicant / plaintiff is denied in toto. It is submitted that Defendant's Serial "Mast Mauli" after completion of 90 episodes was unilaterally stopped by the Channel the first respondent/ Defendant No.1 and is currently off air which has subjected the second respondent / Defendant No.2 to unnecessary hardship and financial losses. I therefore state that O.A.No.246 of 2023 injunction application has become infructuous."

2. Recording the same, O.A.No.246 of 2023 is closed. In the light of the above undertaking, the learned counsel for the applicant / plaintiff has made an endorsement that he is not pressing O.A.Nos.244 and 245 of 2023. Accordingly, O.A.Nos.244 and 245 of 2023 is dismissed as not pressed.
