The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to quash the summon dated 07.09.2018 issued by the respondents under Section 107 of Cr.P.C.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the show cause notice has been communicated in the year 2018 and directed the petitioner to appear before the second respondent on 11.09.2018 at 11.00 A.M.

3. Challenging the same, the present petition has been filed before this Court.

4. On perusal of records, it is seen that the second respondent has issued summon dated 07.09.2018 to the petitioner to appear before them on 11.09.2018 at 11.00 A.M. The date and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

time mentioned in the impugned notice has been expired much earlier. Therefore, nothing nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

5. In view of the above, this Criminal Original petition is closed and liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an appropriate petition, if it is necessary in future. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, are closed.
