Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned charge memo issued by the second respondent in Charge Memorandum No.10502/D1/2016, dated 09.03.2019, and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to settle the retirement benefits to the petitioner within a reasonable period.

ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for consideration and thus the Writ Petition has become infructuous. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.
