This petition is filed by the petitioner / appellant / claimant seeking to condone the delay of 179 days in filing the above Appeal.

2. Heard both sides. The learned standing counsel for R-3 / Transport Corporation stated No Objection in ordering this petition. Despite serving notice on the second respondent and their name printed in the cause-list, there is no representation on behalf of them.

3. In view of the said submission, having regard to the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned.

4. This petition is ordered accordingly.
