The revision petitioners herein challenge an order passed in REA.No.3 of 2015, which is taken out under Section 144 CPC.

2.As per the definition of a decree under Section 2(2) CPC, an order passed in an Application filed under Section 144 CPC has to be deemed as a decree and only an appeal will lie.

3.Hence, a Revision will not lie.
