2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, that condition No.7(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M. until further orders imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.OP.No.902 of 2025 dated 20.01.2025, is relaxed.
