2. Learned counsel for respondents 2 and 3, on instructions, submits that the respondents would de-notify the subject-writ lands, as they do not require the lands for any purpose now. The notification, de-notifying the subject-writ lands, would be published by the respondents. The amount deposited would be taken back by respondents 2 and 3.

3. In the light of that, the purpose of the appeals stands served. The writ appeals are disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, C.M.P.Nos.13202, 13204, 17664 and 17667 of 2023 are closed.
