O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a submission that pursuant to the order passed by this Court in WP.No.46935 of 2006 dated 07.12.2006, the writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner was allowed to retire from service and the Government issued an order in this regard in G.O(D) No.303, Finance (T&A-II) Department, dated 18.09.2017. Thus, this Court is of the view that the order passed by this Court on 07.12.2006 has been complied with.

2. Thus, no further adjudication in this contempt petition is required to be undertaken. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. However, there is no order as to costs.
