When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that, the Petitioner, in respect of her grievance, has not made a representation to the D.I.G., Armed Forces, Chennai, who is a necessary party to this case. Hence, he sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to the Petitioner to make a representation to the D.I.G., Armed Forces, Chennai and in case of non-consideration of the same, move this Court for appropriate relief.
