2. The wife seeks transfer of IDOP No.82 of 2020 on the file of the Family Court, Cuddalore to the Family Court, Nagapattinam.

3. The wife is a resident of Nagapattinam. The transfer is sought for on the ground of convenience of the wife and on the ground that several proceedings between the parties are pending at Nagapattinam.

4. Considering the convenience of the wife and the fact that there are several other proceedings pending in Nagapattinam, IDOP No.82 of 2020 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Cuddalore and transferred to the Family Court, Nagapattinam to be disposed of in accordance with law. This Transfer CMP is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
