This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.341 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.27764 of 2024 dated 20.01.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. SUNDER MOHAN, J.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.341 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.27764 of 2024 dated 20.01.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear as and when required.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 17.03.2025 vca To The Inspector Of Police Central Crime Branch, Coimbatore City.
