O R D E R

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the investigation officer daily at 10.30 am until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.45 of 2025, passed by the Special Judge, Special Court under Tamil Nadu Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishment) Act, 1997, Chennai .

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. In view of the above, the condition imposed by the learned Special Judge, Special Court under Tamil Nadu Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishment) Act, 1997, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.45 of 2025 dated 24.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent once in every 15 days, during the course of each month.

4. Accordingly, this petition is modified.
