O R D E R

The petitioner secured a loan for purchase of a tractor for his agriculture prupose. Since he committed a default, the respondent bank has initiated action.

However, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondent bank granted an offer of one time settlement and availing this opportunity the petitioner has settled the entire loan and that the loan account was closed. Therefore, the learned counsel for the parties submit that nothing further survives for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
