ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned proceedings of the respondent dated 31.01.2025 and for a consequential direction to the respondent to issue patta in the name of the petitioner with respect to the subject property.

2.Heard Mr.P.Sesubalan Raja, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondent.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader produced the written instructions received from the respondent and the relevant portions are extracted hereunder:

3/5 4.Considering the above decision taken by the respondent, appropriate orders shall be passed by the respondent by granting the patta, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
