ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.] The petitioner claims that he is the husband of one Ali Fathima, aged about 25 years. According to him, she is illegally detained by her father, who is the third respondent. Therefore, he has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.
2. It appears that there is some matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and the detenue. Therefore, we find no merits in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the petition. It is up to the parties to workout their remedy before the Civil Court. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
