(Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL,J.) Today, the Detenue/Petitioner's daughter, viz., Nural Hemara, aged 16 years, is produced before this Court, by the Second Respondent/Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Coonoor. The Detenue has produced, before this Court, her 10th Standard Certificate, 12th Standard Certificate and the Transfer Certificate issued by S.V.G.V.Matriculation Hr.Sec.School, Mettupalayam Road, Karamadai, in which her date of birth is shown as 25.07.1999 and as such, she is aged about 18 years.

2.At this stage, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement in the Habeas Corpus Petition to the effect that the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present Habeas Corpus Petition.
