ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction directing the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Salem, to dispose of the petition filed by the Petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.2044/2024 under Section 497 of BNSS, in C.C.No.52 of 2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Salem, is directed to dispose of the petition in Crl.M.P.No.2044 of 2024 in C.C.No.52 of 2019, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
