O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to defreeze the bank account of the petitioner bearing Account No.618601503569, maintained with the second respondent within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that based on the request made by the Cyber Crime Department, Bangaluru/third respondent herein, the account of the petitioner maintained with the second respondent/Bank has been freezed. However, the third respondent is out of the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed.

5. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum.
