Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned proceeding Na.Ka.No.1421/A3/2017 dated 28.12.2017 of the 3rd respondent and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.08.2017 sent to all the Respondents for necessary action on the application of the petitioner dated 02.09.2014 for alteration of date of birth of petitioner in the service records.
