O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders after holding an enquiry on the petitioner's complaint sent in the form of a representation dated 14.01.2018 within the time stipulated as prescribed by this Court in the light of the Circular No.67 (C.No.52338/C1/2011) dated 03.11.2011 issued by the 1st respondent.

2.Since the Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011 has been superseded by subsequent Circular No.41530/U1/2017 dated 20.10.2017, the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition cannot be granted. The Writ Petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs.
