ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 34 of IPC in Cr.No.106 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other accused impersonated and created fabricated documents and sold the defacto complainant's mother's property to various persons.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. The learned counsel would further submit that in this regard, the defacto complainant has already instituted suit in O.S.No.148 of 2015 on the file of the learned Sub Judge, Chengalpattu. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the accused without any authority and title prepared fabricated documents and encumbered the property to various persons https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and further submitted that the investigation is at preliminary stage.

5.Considering the fact that the investigation is at preliminary stage and the modus operandi of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.This criminal original petition is accordingly dismissed. -sd/- 17/04/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
