ORDER

The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.10.2015 requesting them to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

conduct fresh election by secret ballet for appointment of committee members for the administration and management of Hajee Mansoor Shah Thaikka Wakf.

2.Today, when this matter was taken up for consideration, both the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that on the basis of the representation made by the petitioner dated 20.10.2015, election was conducted and even the period of office had got over and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 3.In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.5600 of 2016 stands closed.
