ORDER

This Court by an order dated 08.11.2015 made in Crl.O.P.No.27491 of 2015, directed the respondent to conduct enquiry and upon enquiry, if materials are gathered indicating commission of any cognizable offence, he is directed to proceed further in accordance with law, as early as possible. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that after completion of the investigation, the respondent has filed a Charge Sheet under Sections 420 and 403 of IPC and thus, the order of this Court has been complied with. 3.

In view of the above, I am of the view that nothing survives in this Contempt Petition. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed as infructuous.
