This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.17851 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.14183 of 2024 dated 16.12.2024 that directs the petitioners to appear before the respondent police, CCB every first and third Saturday at 10:30 a.m.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.17851 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.14183 of 2024 dated 16.12.2024 that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police, CCB every first and third Saturday at 10:30 a.m., is relaxed.
