ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to issue a direction to the Sub-Court, Hosur, to take up I.A.No.573 of 2008 in O.S.No.221 of 2008 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the civil revision petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that the suit itself has been dismissed on 15.06.2016 and nothing survives in the civil revision petition.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the first respondent, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 24.08.2017 kj To The Subordinate Judge, Hosur.
