the first respondent herein and quash the same and direct the respondents to entrust the construction of commercial shopping complex in an extent of 1.20 acres of land comprised in Survey No.825/3 of Hosur the land of Purana Makkan Wakf to the petitioner's Executive Committee out of the funds that may be collected by the Committee from the general public and more particularly from the Muslim community people of the locality. Today, when this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous and hence seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. The said statement is recorded. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle. 2/4

3. Such view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
