ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 27 days in filing the above revision.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition for condonation of delay and I find that the petitioner has made out sufficient cause for not being able to file the revision within the statutory time of limitation. Hence, I am inclined to allow this application.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the delay of 27 days in filing the revision is condoned.
