Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP.5710/2022 dated 16.03.2022 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 3 months and pass such further or other orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.AMBIGAPATHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.5710 of 2022 by an order dated 16.03.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is yet to be completed and the petitioner is complying the condition from 22.03.2022 to till date.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m. is modified to the effect that the petitioner should report before the Investigating Officer on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
