Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Direct the Respondent Government of Puducherry to remove all the construction constructed in Coastal Restricted Zone and with further direction not to allow any construction in the Coastal Restricted Zone, (in WMP.2289/2017 in WP.40799/2016) pending disposal of this WP.40799/2016 respectively Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.ELEPHANT G.RAJENDRAN P-IN-P, for the petitioner and of MR.V.T.GOPALAN, S.C FOR M/S.K.R.HASIN, Additional Government Pleader (P) on behalf of the 1 to 3 Respondents the court made the following order:-

The learned Senior Counsel for the respondents states that the allegations in this application are not correct and whatever the development has taken place is in accordance with the Coastal Regulation Zone and as per the permission. He further submits that if there is any specific violation, the petitioner can always approach the National Green Tribunal.

We agree with the course of action suggested by the learned Senior Counsel for the respondents, giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the National Green Tribunal.
