This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed praying to direct the District Munsif Court, Sriperumbudur to dispose of the suit in OS.No.348 of 2012 pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Sriperumbudur in a fixed time in pursuant to the order passed by this Court in the civil revision petition in CRP.PD.No.4285 of 2013 dated 28.01.2014.

Already this Court by an order dated 28.01.2014 directed the trial court to dispose of the suit at the earliest point of time. Even then, the trial court did not dispose of the suit as directed by this Court.

Considering the above, the learned District Munsif Court, Sriperumbudur is directed to dispose of the suit in OS.No.348 of 2012 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
