PRAYER:Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the respondents herein not to harass the petitioner under the guise of the repeated false, exaggerated and fabricated complaint of the 3rd respondent. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for direction to direct the respondents herein not to harass the petitioner under the guise of the repeated false, exaggerated and fabricated complaint of the 3rd respondent.

2. It is seen that the petitioner already approached this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17318 of 2018 in which the Sub-Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Thiruvannamalai appeared before this Court and submitted that the complaint in C.S.R.No.625 of 2018 has been registered and enquiry was also conducted and closed. Again the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Thiruvannamalai issued notice on the very same complaint lodged by the counter part on 08.01.2019. harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the complaint lodged by the counter part. It is also seen that the issue is civil in nature and it is pending against the petitioner and the counter part.

3.With the above directions, this Criminal Original petition stands disposed of.
