ORDER
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents 3 to 6 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.07.2015 and 07.08.2015 and grant Medical leave from 21.10.2014 to 27.10.2014 (modifying the Earned leave already recorded by the 7th respondent in the petitioner's service register), to grant annual periodical increment with effect from 01.07.2015, to grant permission and earned leave to the petitioner to write the B.Ed. examinations to be held on 08.12.2015, 10.12.2015, 14.12.2015, 18.12.2015, 19.12.2015, 21.12.2015 and 22.12.2015 and to take action for the peaceful discharge of the duties by the petitioner at the Kalaimagal Kalvi Nilayam, Panappalayam, Erode 3/6
District within a time limit to be fixed by this Court. 2.The learned counsel for the respondents and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the Education Department brought to the notice of this Court that the writ petitioner was placed under suspension during the relevant point of time and an enquiry was conducted. Finally, the punishment of dismissal from service was imposed on the writ petitioner on 26.05.2016 and the said punishment of dismissal from service was approved by the competent authorities of the Education Department under the provision of the Act. Therefore, the relief as such sought for deserves no further consideration and accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
