O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Civil Revision Petition has filed against the order dated 19.02.2015 made in I.A.No.65 of 2015 in H.M.O.PNo.9 of 2015 on the file of the learned Principal Sub court, Mayiladuturai. The petitioner is aggrieved against the interim maintenance awarded in the above said I.A.No.65 of 2015. In the meanwhile, the matter has been settled between the parties and the main H.M.O.PNo.9 of 2015 itself is settled in the trial Court. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.
