(CRIME NO.208 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in Para No.5 that the petitioners shalll report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders for interrogation of the order passed in Crl.O.P No.4697 of 2022 in Crime No.208/2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of R.THIRUMOORTHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP. No.4697 of 2022 dated 28.02.2022.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioners are scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation. However, the respondent not yet completed the investigation.
