ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 04.02.2021 for the offence under Section 302 of I.P.C. in Cr.No.1774 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner picked up quarrel with his wife and to threaten him she poured kerosene over herself and this petitioner set her ablaze. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.Heard the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

5.Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
