This petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 25.04.2016 and consequently, direct the second respondent to investigate the same in accordance with law.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondentsState. 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the petitioner's complaint dated 25.04.2016, petition enquiry was conducted, in which, both the petitioner and the opposite party appeared and after recording their statement, the petition enquiry has been closed on 05.07.2016.
