TEEKAA RAMAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.5624 of 2022 IN CRL.A.No.633 of 2019 T.ASHOKAN [ PETITIONER-4 / APPELLANT-4 ] Vs THE STATE REP BY, [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, CBI/SCB/CHENNAI R.C.NO.6(2)/2010.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed to the petitioner directed to appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m in Crl.M.P.No.13608 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.633 of 2019 by its order dated 23.09.2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.KANNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SRINIVASAN, Special public Prosecutor for CBI Cases on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- As per the letter addressed by the learned Sessions Judge to the Registrar General, the accused has not complied with the conditional order of suspension of sentence that "to report before the Sessions Court on the first working day of every month for the period from 01.03.2021 to 01.03.2022".

2.Since the petitioner has not complied with the conditional order passed as stated supra, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
