Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the 1st respondent in G.O.Ms.No.205, School Education (ERT) Department dated 08.12.2014 and to quash the same and consequently directing the Respondents to fill up the vacancies to the post of Senior Lecturer following Ratio Rule and Rotation as per the Service Rules notified in G.O.Ms.No.133, School Education Department dated 14.06.2007 in respect of arising vacancies.
