Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Nos. 1
and 2 to take immediate action on the petitioner's complaints dated 03.02.2015, 06.03.2015 & 04.05.2015 and direct them to give adequate police protection to showrooms/units of M/s.Manakular Motors Workshop situated at R.S.No.31/4, Olandai Keerapalayam, 100 Feet Road, Mudaliarpet, Pondicherry - 605 004, and thereby prevent anyone, attached with 3rd respondent's Union or its agent or henchman, from entering within the 500 meters radius, indulging in any violent activities, carrying out any demonstration, meeting, disturbing its manufacturing activities, vehicular movements etc., in any manner and also provide adequate Police Protection to petitioner's residence and properties.

O R D E R
The above Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to take immediate action on the complaints dated 03.02.2015, 16.03.2015 and 04.05.2015 and direct him to give adequate police protection and thereby prevent any one, attached with the third respondent's union or its agent or henchman, from entering within the 500 meter radius, indulging in any violent activities, carrying out any demonstration,
meeting, disturbing its manufacturing activities, vehicular movements etc., in any manner and also provide adequate police protection to petitioner's residence and properties.
2. Mr.A.Tamilvanan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who took notice for respondents 1 and 2, submitted that the relief sought for in the writ petition may be granted to the petitioner.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in similar circumstances, this Court in W.P. No.1163 of 2015 dated 20.01.2015, disposed of the writ petition with a direction to the respondents to provide police protection.
4. In these circumstances, I direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner's factory and other properties in Puducherry, preventing any one from entering within the 500 meter radius of its units and their other properties. It is also made clear that the respondents 1 and 2, under the guise of giving police protection, shall not indulge in breaking the strike. It is also made clear that the respondents 1 and 2 shall maintain law and order in the locality.
