The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the the respondents to disburse the subsistence allowances by calculating as on date of revised basic pay together with Dearness Allowances comes around to the tune of Rs.23,963/- per month.
2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that the writ petitioner was convicted in a criminal case and consequently, he was dismissed from service during the year 2016.
3. In view of the above development took place after filing of the writ petition, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 05.10.2018 sk
