ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition as the petitioner is inclined to file an application under Samadhan Scheme, announced by the State Government to settle the pending disputes arising under the TNVAT Act, 2006. He has also submitted a letter to that effect.

2. Recording the same, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
