[Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] Seeking emergency leave for the convict prisoner Ramalingam s/o.Arumugam, aged 42 years, CT No.9040, who is confined in Central Prison, Salem, a representation dated 27.03.2022 has been given and the present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to grant 6 days emergency leave by considering the petitioner's representation dated 27.03.2022. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the authorities have received the representation dated 27.03.2022 and are awaiting the report of the Probation Officer and the police concerned.

3. Recording the same, we direct the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 27.03.2022 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
