O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition. To that effect, he has also made an endorsement and the same reads as follows: "May be permitted to withdraw this Crl.R.C.No.623 of 2016 with liberty to file a quashing application so as to cover both charge sheets."
