This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police at 10:30 a.m, until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.15098 of 2024 dated 30.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25249 if 2024 dated 09.10.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the conditions that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police at 10:30 a.m, until further orders, imposed in Crl.M.P.No.15098 of 2024 dated 30.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25249 dated 09.10.2024 is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear as and when required.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 14.03.2025 vca To The Inspector Of Police Bommidi Police Station, Dharmapuri District.
