At the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter has been listed today under the caption 'For being mentioned'. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is a typographical error in the order dated 02.08.2021, wherein the case number has been stated as "Crl.M.P.No.7284 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.1438 of 2021" instead of "Crl.M.P.No.7284 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.1438 of 2020". Therefore the same may be incorporated in the order dated 02.08.2021. 3.Heard.
