The above petition is filed to condone the delay of 466 days in filing the appeal.

Mr.J.Michael Viswasam appearing for the Insurance Company has no objection to the delay being condoned subject to the condition that the claimant will not be entitled to interest for the delayed period of 466 days.

3. The delay is condoned. The appellant is not entitled to any interest for the said period, i.e., 466 days.

4. The Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

The Registry is also directed to print the name of Mr.J.Michael Viswasam at the time of admission.
