Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.GANDHIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions the court made the following order:- At the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, post on 17.09.2019.

2.Interim stay already granted by this Court shall continue till then.
