ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 13.09.2017, as per the order issued vide Letter No.665/2020, dated 21.11.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.466 of 2020 on the file of the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court at Madhavaram.

2.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a First Information report has been registered in Crime No.137 of 2021, dated 28.04.2021 and the same is taken on file for investigation, hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3.In view of the same, considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
