ORDER

This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.2044 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.31928 of 2024, dated 07.02.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted bail in Crime No.278 of 2024 by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.31923 of 2024 on 20.12.2024 with one of the condition to report before the Inspector of Police, K-2, Ayanavaram Police Station, Chennai District, everyday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders. Simultaneously, the petitioner was also arrested in yet another case and the petitioner was granted bail in Crime No.462 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.31928 of 2024 on 20.12.2024 with one of the condition to report before the Inspector of Police, S-8, Adampakkam Police Station, Chengalpet District, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Since, the petitioner could not able to comply with the aforesaid conditions simultaneously, the petitioner is before this Court by way of this modification petition.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crime No.462 of 2024 in Crl.M.P.No.2044 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.31928 of 2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police twice a month, on the second and fourth Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
